Here fishy fishy fishy…

Deciding that we’re a bit too fond of our red meat and don’t have enough seafood in our diet we made poached ocean trout with tomato and olive salsa and caramelised roasted new potatoes for dinner last night (recipe here: http://www.cuisine.com.au/recipe/Poached-ocean-trout-with-olive-salsa).

The salsa is seriously absolutely delicious – but unless you’re trying to wage garlic breath warfare on your friends, family and colleagues – I’d suggest reducing the amount of garlic suggested in the recipe. Oh and unless you’re a glutton like me, stick to the weight of fish suggested in the recipe. A 300g serving is apparently excessive for even the most dedicated of macro eaters…
